Volunteers for Sunday

To my fellow Brothers and Sisters of the Otto community-

What an overwhelming response we have had from friends and loved ones of Otto asking how they can help out with anything. The generosity is heartwarming to witness. Otto would be proud of all coming to action so quickly. Here are some items that you can help on if you want to participate.

1. Everyone please find a favorite photo you have and upload to the Flicker group here http://www.flickr.com/groups/ottoschutt/pool/. We would like to stream a slideshow after the memorial at the Urban Art Farm for all to see. For those of you who have lots of photos (ie. PleasureSean and others) feel free to bring a disk with your pictures downloaded on for maximum viewing.

2. Calling all video and audio specialist. Mike G has 3 projectors at the Urban Art Farm that we can use to stream photos, videos, etc of our brother Otto. We need a little assistance in organizing this. Can someone work with Mike G at mikegthesoundguy@ gmail.com or 505-8032 to coordinate how to run the photos or videos. I’m not technically gifted in this manner other then I can push “slideshow” on flicker.

3. Food and alcohol for Sunday: We are going to set up tables at the Urban Art Farm for people to donate food and a help yourself bar. If you would like, you can drop off Sunday morning prior to the gathering at Otto’s place. Bring a bottle of whatever your poison is or mixer. We’re all family and so we are treating this as one big potluck of love. (Any alcohol left over from the brass tax party is greatly appreciated. )

4. Shuttles: Please carpool wherever possible. There will be a shuttle picking people up people from Otto’s house to his resting spot and then driving over to Urban Art Farm at 17th and Connecticut. The shuttle will do multiple trips but only fits 36 people at a time so coordinate with friends where possible. Taxi or bus or walk over to Otto’s. Let’s be responsible and not drink and drive please.

5. Please see ottoschutt.com for any further details on the memorial or contact me at 415-596-7279.

I know Otto would want us to be happy, laughing, and dancing through all this. So let the celebration carry on all weekend. Thank you for your help and contributions.

Give Thanks!

Jennifer
